The Journey we're on..
As many of you may have received our letter already, as of Saturday 1 April 2017, HRINZ has launched our Chartered Membership.
We encourage all members, to do a quick update of your information (email signatures, LinkedIn - where ever your name is) to include your new post nominal recognition as over the course of time it will become very clear how important this will become.
What's happening next?
While the information you've received highlights the end of Phase 1 of the project, there are still another couple of phases which we are aiming to have rolled out by September's NZ HR Conference & Expo.
What are the phases to come?
An upgrade of the continuing professional development programme and also the assessment / accreditation process.
