About Strategic HR

At Strategic HR we specialise in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, in particular the field of positive psychology. We are a team of experienced psychologists, consultants, HR practitioners and educators. Our leadership development programmes are based around applying the principles of positive psychology to leadership development. As engagement is largely determined by a person’s relationship with their line manager we focus on helping managers build authentic relationships with their staff so they can generate more successful outcomes for the organisation. We deliver real behavioural change through the application of cutting edge research, engaging and interactive facilitation techniques, and progressive learning and development practices, underpinned by practical and real experience as managers ourselves.
