Presented by Guido Ballara and Tanya Kennedy

Guido Ballara is a senior associate at McBride Davenport James. Guido has specialised in employment law since his admission in 2003, and acts for corporate and individual clients across all areas of the subject. Guido has also worked as an in-house HR/legal advisor at a state sector client.

Tanya Kennedy is a Senior Associate with McBride Davenport James. She has specialised in employment law (including in the public law and education context) since her admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1996. Tanya has acted as Counsel in the Employment Relations Authority (previously the Employment Tribunal), the Employment Court, and as Junior Counsel in the Court of Appeal.

Both Guido and Tanya have provided practical training and seminars for managers and HR practitioners on a wide variety of topics.
