The 17th World Congress of the World Federation of People Management Associations is being held in Chicago, USA on 17-20 June. This session overviews the highlights of the keynote sessions and updates participants on what is of current and emerging interest in the world of people management.

Presented by Kristen Cooper, Kaycee Projects Ltd.

Kristen Cooper has a passion for effective people and performance management and leadership. In her work she
plays active roles in gaining improvements for organisations and individuals.
Kris' career spans middle and senior manager roles in marketing and planning as well as human resource management. She has been running her own consultancy practice for more than twenty years and has gained experience in a broad range of organisations.

As well as working with clients on practical business matters, Kris is a regular facilitator on the University of Otago Executive Education courses in leadership and people. She has also taught Leadership, and People and Performance papers on the University of Otago and University of Canterbury MBA programmes.

Kris is a Chartered Fellow of HRINZ and a Past National President.
