Planning for Retirement in a Low Growth Environment
|28 February||12.00pm - 1.00pm||Bob Bishop||Register|
With global stock markets reaching new highs and international interest rates at their lowest level in 5000 years, investors who have experienced excellent returns since the 2008 Global Financial Crisis are unlikely to experience similar returns over the next 5 – 10 years.
This webinar explores the reasons why expected returns are likely to be lower for longer. It looks at comparisons between historical and expected returns and the effect on those saving for retirement, particularly those whose retirement is likely in the next 10 to 15 years.
For those with investment portfolios, or saving for retirement (e.g. in KiwiSaver), the webinar will offer ideas as to how to maximise returns during expected times of increased volatility and minimise volatility using simple Financial Planning tools and Goals Based Investing.
The webinar is presented in a way that is easy to understand and has already helped many New Zealanders appreciate their financial position and act to ensure a more comfortable retirement.
Who is the webinar suitable for?
Anybody who is mindful of their retirement years, regardless of their current wealth, will find this presentation very useful.
