You've heard of 'put your own mask on before helping others' - well this applies to us in HR as well. Too often we are called on to support others who are experiencing stress, while it's easy to overlook our own well-being needs.
This webinar will provide you with the tools to quickly determine where a few small changes could dramatically improve your well-being and enjoyment of work and life.
Lasting change starts with 'baby steps'. You will be provided with a smorgasbord of small yet significant steps from which to begin creating a well-being strategy designed just for you. Allow yourself this hour during work time to invest in you and your well-being.
Participants will gain clarity and insight as to what contributes to their optimal well-being, and some practical steps for introducing small yet powerful changes into their daily practice.
