As HR Professionals we need to understand the importance of communicating well face-to- face as well as on paper.
As most of the Human Resource functions dealt with on a daily basis do have an important communication aspect to them; whether it is hiring someone, dealing with a performance review, implementing change or disciplining an employee, the message that needs to be communicated is a very important one regarding what the organisation requires for success.
