Personal Communication

As HR Professionals we need to understand the importance of communicating well face-to- face as well as on paper.

As most of the Human Resource functions dealt with on a daily basis do have an important communication aspect to them; whether it is hiring someone, dealing with a performance review, implementing change or disciplining an employee, the message that needs to be communicated is a very important one regarding what the organisation requires for success.

Effective HR Professionals need to be able to helpful, use their initiative, be able to relate and empathy with employees concerns (work related or personal) to be able to effectively deal with the issues at hand.
