Remuneration Surveys

Strategic Remuneration is about linking remuneration to organisation performance, therefore to be able to set the levels of remuneration, design bonus and incentive schemes we need to be able to benchmark what the organisation is paying its employees in todays current market.

Therefore, many organisations will use various remuneration surveys to benchmark or measure themselves against what the industry is paying employees with similiar skill sets and experience in that occupation. Most of the remuneration surverys have to be bought from the company directly.
