The only constant in today’s world is change (Heraclitus, 475 BC)
While we live in turbulent times with change being the only constant, it is difficult to predict the future of work. How will work, careers and HR be similar or different in the future? Has change always been the nature of HR? What topical HR issues should we be examining in New Zealand?
Researchers are encouraged to submit articles associated with themes related to change, topical issues and the future of work. Papers from all parts of the world are invited, with those directly related to the New Zealand workplace context being particularly welcome.

Review period closes: 14 October 2016
Revision acceptance deadline: 1 November 2016
