    Accommodation
   
Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with several Wellington Hotels. Refer to Accommodation for these details. Accommodation is subject to availability, so please book early to confirm your reservation. Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

    Cancellations
   
Should a delegate be unable to attend a prompt refund of registration fees (less $25 + GST service charge) will be made for cancellations received in writing by Wednesday 6 September 2000. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made. However delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day of the conference. Please inform the Conference Manager of any such substitutions.
