  • Members Forum – Thursday 9 September, 12.30pm to 1.15pm

    A chance for all HRINZ members to discuss their aspirations, challenges and wish-lists for their professional body of representation and to hear what other members want from the Institute.

  • Conference Weaving – facilitated fora

    Facilitated by Mary-Alice Arthur, these sessions provide opportunity to create your own conference agenda, set your own conference goals and generally have dicussion about the issues affecting HR on a daily basis, so that you’ll get the most out of your time here.

  • Master Class

    Two Master Classes are offered this year but both have entry restrictions.

  • HR Business Leaders Big Day Out – Wednesday 8 September, 10am to 5pm
    Sorry, by invitation only

  • Welcome Reception – Wednesday 8 September, 5pm to 7pm
    Try out a wicked blonde or a sassy red while you catch up with friends, colleagues and acquaintances at Wellington’s only brewery. If you’re exhausted after a hard days thinking you can always check out the brewing instead…guaranteed enjoyment either way.

  • Professional Members’ Dinner – Wednesday 8 September, 7.30pm to 10pm
    Join other certificated HRINZ members over dinner to chew the fat over hot business issues, or use this time to get to know others in your profession.

  • Networking at the Expo – Thursday 9 September, 5.15 to 6pm
    Relax and unwind with a wine or two, visit the expo and share your thinking and the day’s discoveries before preparing for the exciting night ahead.

  • Party time – Thursday 9 September, 7.30pm onwards

    and now for something completely different…

    If you thought that the HRINZ Conference parties had peaked at the amazing 2003 Mardi Gras, you aint seen nothing yet. The theme is ‘red’ or ‘green’, the music will be hot and the company cool. Pre-dinner drinks followed by a great dinner will lead to experiences you’ll never forget. Definitely designed to shift your thinking!
