Mary-Alice Arthur,
Principal, SOAR

Time has been set-aside on each of the three conference days to enable delegates to participate in creating the outcomes they want from their conference. Facilitated by Conference Weaver
Mary-Alice Arthur, each session will explore different issues from different perspectives, but each will build on the other to ensure participating delegates get the maximum benefit out of their overall conference experience.

Day One: Taking Stock, Setting the Scene

Preparing for the conference, identifying objectives, what’s important, creating a snapshot of the current and future work/business scenarios.

Day Two: Brainworking

This participant-led forum is an opportunity to work with all insights and issues important to delegates. Participants will put forward topics and break away into interactive workshops. This is the ideal time to gain expert input for an important project, further a discussion on industry trends or network your ideas. You will come away from this session energised, informed and ready for action.

Day Three: Where the Thinking is Heading

What have we learned so far? What do we still need to find out?

Mary-Alice Arthur is a Facilitator for Inspired Change, a Conference Weaver, Storyteller, and Coach.
