Tanya Kennedy is a Senior Associate with McBride Davenport James and provides strategic advice and representation for corporate, public sector, education sector, unions and individuals in the full range of employment
law issues including collective bargaining, industrial disputes, strikes and lockouts, restructuring, personal grievances and disputes.

Frances Lear is a Senior Associate with McBride Davenport James with over 10 years experience in employment law. She has acted for corporate clients and employees, in private practice and in-house for two public sector employers.

Both Tanya and Frances provide practical training and seminars for managers and HR practitioners on a wide variety of topics.
