Registration fees are as follows: (note: ‘Member’ refers to individual membership – HRINZ does not offer corporate membership.)

Cost:

HRINZ Member $275.00 + GST
Non-member $350.00 + GST

Registration fees include all conference sessions as well as, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and cocktail hour.

There are two selection streams for concurrent sessions throughout the day. When registering, select as follows:

Stream One: The Changing Workforce comprises the following papers:

  • PAPER SIX:

    An examination of the characteristics and environs of knowledge workers

Stream Two: Socialisation and Engagement comprises the following papers:

  • PAPER TEN:
    Workplace relationship, nursing engagement and job attitudes: a social exchange perspective

  • PAPER ELEVEN:
    How useful is newcomer proactive behaviour? More so when it achieves intended proactive outocmes!

  • PAPER TWELVE:
    The influence of organisational socialisation tactics and proactive behaviour use on job engagement

  • PAPER THIRTEEN:
    Finding the fun: the relationship between fun, flow and  engagement

    Workplace bullying and human resource management: lessons from Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court determinations

Stream Two: Stress and Resilence comprises the following papers:

  • PAPER SEVENTEEN:
    Resilence, work-family conflict and outcomes: longitudinal evidence from the New Zealand medical profession

  • PAPER EIGHTEEN:
    Job crafting as a mechanism for outcome achievement in work-related coaching

  • PAPER NINETEEN:
    Evaluation of effectiveness and transfer of learning for a resilience training programme

Cancellations (Terms and Conditions):

If you are unable to attend and written notification is received at HRINZ National Office on or prior to 31 October 2012, a refund of registration fees less a cancellation fee of $50+gst will be issued. After 31 October 2012, no refunds will be issued. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise Jen Bailey jen.bailey@hrinz.org.nz immediately of any such amendments. Payment is due upon registration. If payment is not made before commencement of conference, HRINZ reserves the right to cancel registration, however, you will still be liable for the debt incurred.
