Immigration New Zealand has just announced another round of sweeping changes to the Accredited Employer Work Visa programme. These changes will make it even tougher to secure work visas for certain job roles and also place increased responsibilities on employers in both the work visa process and managing migrant workers.  In this webinar Rachael Mason of Lane Neave will provide a comprehensive summary of the changes to the policy requirements together with insights on what these changes are likely to mean for employers and migrants alike.
The session will aim to cover:

  • Changes to labour market testing requirements
  • Changes to requirements for ANZSCO level 4 and 5 roles
  • Likely impact of changes to the domestic workforce
  • Practical tips and tricks

What participants will gain from the webinar: An up-to-date debrief for HR professionals and employers on the most recent policy changes to the Accredited Employer Work Visa and employer accreditation requirements.   We will touch briefly on new compliance requirements for employers, but this is likely to be a topic for a full webinar in the coming months.
There will also be time for questions and answers.
